About Tara-Lee:
With over 25 years of experience in education, Tara-Lee Lynch brings a powerful combination of professional expertise, formal education, and lived experience to her advocacy work. She has served as a Paraeducator, Special Educator, General Education Teacher, Inclusion Facilitator, and Behavioral Interventionist, working in a wide range of environments — from public schools and inclusive classrooms to in-home therapy and clinic-based settings.

She’s an expert in crafting and implementing effective IEPs, leading collaborative team meetings, and using data-driven strategies to support student growth across a wide spectrum of needs.
What truly sets Tara-Lee apart is her deep personal connection to the neurodiverse community. As a neurodivergent individual herself and a proud mother of three uniquely gifted neurodiverse children — all diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, and Anxiety — she understands firsthand the joys and challenges that come with navigating systems of support.

Her family’s journey includes creative, out-of-the-box thinkers: one child who was fluent in American Sign Language before speaking and used advanced math as a self-regulation tool by age two. Two of her children have IEPs and one is supported with a 504 plan, giving Tara-Lee insight into the real-world application of the very systems she helps families navigate.

Beyond her immediate family, Tara-Lee has walked alongside friends, relatives, and countless community members on their own neurodiverse paths — offering support, mentorship, and genuine connection. These shared journeys have expanded her perspective and sharpened her skill set, allowing her to guide both parents and neurodiverse individuals with empathy, clarity, and purpose.
She has sat on "both sides of the IEP table" and is dedicated to transforming that experience into a collaborative, inclusive, team-centered approach — one where no one feels unheard or alone.
